Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges – Graveman
At Graveman, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled.
What We Will Do Together
Step 1: Raise a Return or Replacement Request
If you’ve received a wrong, expired, or damaged product, raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the delivery date.
Submit your request with your order and contact details.
You can also raise a request via the Chat option on our website or app.
For damaged or missing items, please raise the request within 2 days of delivery.
Step 2: Review of Request
Please allow us up to 2 working days to review and validate your request.
Step 3: Product Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
We ensure that all reverse pickups are handled by our logistics network — you don’t have to self-ship the product.
Step 4: Product Receipt & Final Action
After we receive your product, we will perform a quality check.
Based on the outcome, we’ll proceed with either:
A replacement, or
A refund, depending on stock availability.
Replacement & Exchange Process
Once your return request is approved:
We’ll schedule the pickup of the item.
After the product reaches us and passes quality inspection, a replacement will be initiated.
If the original item is out of stock, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
An exchange with a similar product, if you agree.
Exchange Delivery Timeline
Replacements or exchanged items will be shipped within 2–4 business days after quality check.
You can expect delivery within 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Returns/Replacements Not Accepted If:
The product is used, opened, or altered
Original packaging, labels, or mono cartons are missing
Return/replacement request is raised after 7 days
Damage or missing item is reported after 2 days
Order Cancellations
Customer can cancel order at any time.
Refund Process
For Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
For COD Orders:
You must provide your UPI ID or bank account details to process the refund.
Refund Timelines
Canceled Orders: Within 3–5 business days
Returned Items: Within 7–10 business days from pickup and successful quality check
Partial Order Returns
Yes, you may return any eligible items from your order within 7 days, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
